This building is to be phase II of the "background" buildings for a project that includes a tower by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and a mid-rise building by Richard Meier and Partners Architects. The program includes underground parking levels, 3 levels of retail (9,000 square meters), and 16 levels of residential and amenities (30,000 square meters).
